About VetStarts:

Founded by Army Combat Veteran, MAJ Vince Leone in Arlington, Tx in 2014, we've served Veterans, First Responders and their families in the Dallas Fort Worth area for over nine years.

Our vision is to pierce the darkness of veteran suicide by providing hope for today and a plan for tomorrow. Over the next several months, we aim to raise over $150,000 to fund the incredible programs we offer to veterans and their families at no cost.

Due to program demand, we aim to fiercely empower and equip over 250 veterans and military-connected family members this year alone, and we need your help for our 2024 programming. It takes a village. Join us.

Sponsorship is easy. Here are a few ways your company can make a gigantic impact on the local veteran community:

  • Sponsor a Veteran, First Responder, or Family Member $1,000
    • We make each dollar go a very long way. For every dollar donated, eighty cents goes toward our programs! WOW!
    • When you sponsor a veteran, they will be able to participate and heal in all of our life changing and empowering programs.
  • Sponsor Workshops
    • We are "soul searching" for a company to sponsor our upcoming Mission Builders Ensenada Build for memorial Day weekend '24. The ask is up to $25,000. We partner with Homes of Hope, and a couple of your token team members to build a home for a family living in abject poverty in two days. Cost includes room, board, transportation, the materials to build a home and furnish it as well as a modest donation to the missionaries who coordinate the logistics and family in need. Airfare not included.
    • Halftime for Veterans : Quarterly Cohorts, 4 available at $10,000 each
    • Warrior Art : Bi-Weekly Workshops, 26 available at $1,000 each
    • Open Art Studio : Sponsor a Veteran's Residency for $1,000 or more. 4 available.
  • Air Miles or Ticket sponsorship for our upcoming Mission Builders trip over Memorial Day Weekend '24. This would go to a veteran who cannot afford airfare for this mission. Round trip DFW-SAN.
